Goal: develop and promote cultural tourism, collaborate and transform from miniature mixed media to stage performance multimedia to recorded and broadcasted mass media of various cultures and travels, researching to determine fact from myth

The basic stage sets and story are only a framework for possible: dance, acting, script writer, music composer and lyricist to remotely collaborate and fill in with their works for performance to convince the public. Permission to use any of the multimedia theater projects framework stage and story needs application and licensing approval prior, ditto percentage of total seat ticket sales.

The Search for the Magical Mirage of Noble Maria Makiling / Ang Paghahanap para sa Mahiwagang Malikmata ni Maharlikang Mariang Makiling — a riddle board game to promote eco-tourism in Philippines visiting various natural tourist spots; based on a myth of Maria Makiling a magical human fairy of nature who haunts a mountain range to protect creatures and travelers, includes other mythical pre-Christian creatures in Philippines

Intellectual Property Protection for Creative Works:
If application is approved, there will be an initial fee for the booklet with pages of drawings, instructions, technical requirements with consultation meetings via Skype and email and if needed, in person. Royalty licencing rate percentage ranges from 3% to 10%, some brands/characters 15%. Each creative technical work requires percentage of total tickets sold gross sales and an initial fee and confidentiality agreement signed by all insiders. https://www.graphicartistsguild.org/tools_resources/license-it. Any changes whether addition or subtraction has to be submitted in writing prior to performance and a final dvd video of complete performance has to be included for filing purposes.

Royalties & Rights

Example division in a total gross sales pie: creative royalties and intellectual properties  for artists/inventors 35%: for playwright, designers, composers, choreographers, and investor production rights: 65% per production within a specific territorial geography to cover production, rentals, fees and salaries of performers and technicians and executive producer’s profit and recovery of initial capitalized costs after theater run. The Executive Producer takes the risk of capitalizing the initial production costs and recovers expenses from ticket sales from their profit margin. Every Executive Producer has to account estimated initial capital and budget and division of royalty and rights pie per ticket performance prior to production to ensure everyone will be compensated. A blank form has to be filled and submitted along with the contract agreement.
